• Youth Dynamics Employment Application (Please complete fully.)
• Resume
• Release of Information for Background Check (This form must be notarized. MOST Youth Dynamics locations have a notary public on staff, but please check first.)
• For positions requiring a degree, all applicants must submit official college transcripts.
