The Area Coordinator can discuss services and take your referral by telephone. They will complete an Intake Packet for you that can be faxed, mailed, or delivered for your or the legal guardian’s signature. The Area Coordinator completes all requests and referrals for YDI services needed from any YDI service area. Our policy is to have a youth in the requested services within 7-10 days of your initial referral date to the Area Coordinator, or upon discharge date from previous levels of care if the child is being stepped down. (Note: An unsigned or late returned Intake Packet will delay services.)
