Employee Spotlight~ Chloe Meltzer, Bozeman Area Manager

by | Jul 14, 2020 | News & Events

This month we would like to recognize, Chloe Meltzer, as our employee spotlight for her exemplary service to the YDI Mission, her team, and youth in our Bozeman & Livingston community services. Chloe goes above and beyond on a daily basis to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable youth.

This is what leadership and Chloe’s teammates had to say in recognition of her:

“Chloe has shown amazing growth throughout her time here at YDI. From being a Care Manager in Missoula to taking on the role of Area Manager in Bozeman, Chole has the passion to make sure each youth and family we serve are getting the best we have to offer. I look forward to seeing Chloe’s career with YDI flourish long into the future.” – Moyra Anthony, Clinical Director of Community Services

“Chloe has done a great job in the Bozeman/Livingston area through a lot of changes and COVD-19 challenges. Her team’s client services are a direct reflection of her commitment and effort! She is always willing to do whatever is asked of her, for example: drive our YDI Transitional School big silver van (in the winter), jump our vehicles when needed, and crawl into the attic to change furnace filters!” – Barb Connors, ACD of Community Services

“Chloe has been so great helping me with IT related issues. She helped me work through figuring out what was wrong with an uninterruptible power supply and then when we bought a new one, she replaced it. Which is a pretty big deal because it is connected to all their network circuits. She even went to the office while she was working from home, so she could help a CenturyLink technician. She is always quick to reply to my questions and is a pleasure to work with.” – Vicki Lapp, IT Manager

“Chloe is a rock star and deserves to be recognized for her hard work every day! Chloe is one of the hardest workers I have ever met. There is no challenge that she can’t take on. Chloe seriously gets things done. She upholds the values and principles of YDI at all times. In addition to her hard work ethic, Chloe is also a fantastic peer and friend. I have seen her grow from being a YCM in Missoula to now being the Area Manager in Bozeman, and I could not be more proud! The Missoula office misses her!” – Kelsey Adcock, Missoula Area Manager

“Chloe is always quick to jump in and help resolve any situation. I don’t ever feel I am going unsupported while tackling some tough issues. She is knowledgeable and always works to ensure her staff knows she appreciates their work!

Thank you for all that you do!” – Hailey O’Brien, Care Manager

“You have helped the Bozeman office in so many ways! Thank you for giving us words of encouragement and full support, even if it is not related to our work. You are amazing.

“Chloe deserves the employee spotlight this month because she is always on top of how to best accommodate our client’s and families in every single way. She is also always challenging me to improve and grow and helps me through difficult situations when needed.” -Samantha Weishoff, Care Manager

Chloe was able to get the office back up and running after being short staffed. She did it efficiently and with grace, knowing that it was all new to her staff. Thank you for converting our skills into strengths, mistakes into lessons, and pressure into productivity.” – Shaeley McMahon, Care Manager

“Chloe has been amazing during COVID. She has stepped up and accommodated all of the changes that have been put in place. She has been very supportive for my program and all the adaptions that have had to happen due to COVID. Chloe is an all-star and works hard to make sure everyone is getting the support they need.” – Kennedy Gavaghan, Family Development Coordinator

“I have really enjoyed working with Chloe since she has become the area manager in Bozeman. I love her enthusiasm when we are placing youth into TFC homes! Her desire to pitch in and help out in any way is greatly appreciated. Congrats Chloe!!” – Nicole Bergman, Intake Coordinator

“I have had the pleasure of working closely with Chloe while she was in Missoula and getting to know her over the years. Hands down, Chloe is the best! Whenever I need help with anything, she’s right there and on it. She’s even worked long hours to meet me at a client’s home, out of town and in the evening, for a human-interest story. I can’t tell you how very grateful I am for all that she does. I am honored to have her as both a coworker and a friend.

Thank you for all that you do, Chloe. You so deserve this recognition.” – Katie Gerten, Public Relations Coordinator

Chloe’s dedication, hard work, and positive attitude are apparent through feedback from people throughout our organization. Thank you, Chloe, for everything you do. You clearly have an amazing presence at Youth Dynamics. Your dedication to our agency, our mission, and the children we serve is truly special.
