Associate Clinical Director

Barb Connors is an Associate Clinical Director with a degree in Political Science and Public Administration, but even in college, she had an affinity for social work. Her career with Youth Dynamics started with an interest in volunteering as a mentor, and when she learned of the work and need, she applied to be a youth case manager in our Glasgow office where she also served as Area Manager of that office. That was six and a half years ago. Today, she oversees the Bozeman, Helena, and Havre Community Offices. She is married, has three grown adult children and two grandchildren. She believes any child benefits from somebody other than family who truly cares for them. Her favorite quote from the Dalai Lama says, “Our prime purpose in this life is to help others. And, if you can’t help them at least do not hurt them.” Barb believes in bringing out the potential in people and inspiring those around her.
