Finance Director
Leslie Falcon is a dedicated employee who first came to YDI because she wanted a career where she could make a difference helping kids. While Leslie does not directly work with youth in her current role, she is making a difference through supporting our teams that do.
Prior to her career at YDI, Leslie worked in finance at a number of small businesses in the Billings area. Outside of work, Leslie enjoys camping and spending time with her family.
Leslie’s favorite quote by Maya Angelou is, “You do what you have to do, and when you know better, you do better.”
