What Makes us Special? Our Fun Team!
We take pride in the work we do with Montana children and families. Youth Dynamics is a non-profit children’s mental health center with over 30 locations in 21 communities across Montana. Each year we serve over 1500 Montana children and families in community and residential settings. We believe in providing strength-based, client-centered, exemplary care to those we serve. In addition to mental health care, we license foster parents and create positive change by educating the community.
We opened our doors in 1981 to Montana children and families. Each year we employ over 500 Montanans, offering everything from administrative roles, to casual part-time positions, to full-time community and residential positions.
What makes us special? We recently posed that question to individuals on the Youth Dynamics team. Here is what folks had to say:
Brooke Pokorny, Family Support Assistant Manager
“I really like everyone I work with. We have a family like atmosphere.”
Robert Taylor, Administrative Support
“Youth Dynamics offers a flexible schedule and we have a really great team!”
Nicole Bergman, Family Development and Community Outreach Coordinator
“Youth Dynamics has lots of opportunities for professional growth and career development.”
